The space of the apartments offers a living room with a kitchenette, a spacious balcony and a bathroom with a shower. A balcony with garden furniture will be a great place to relax. The apartments are distinguished by modern design, aesthetics and functionality. The living area with a sofa bed and Smart TV is a perfect place to rest and relax, in addition, a fully equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare your favorite meals. Pleasant design and comprehensive equipment with the necessary kitchen and bathroom accessories guarantee a comfortable stay. The property also has a free guest laundry (washer + dryer). Apartments include parking spaces in an underground garage, max. height 2.20 m. In the Superior Apartment there is also available Beach equipment at your disposal and there is possibility to have a pet with you! The property has ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE
