The building is located directly on the promenade in Kurvirtel and is about 200m from the Swinoujscie beach promenade. There is no elevator in the building. The Villa Carmen is located in a very beautiful Kuhrvirtel in the town of Swimemünde on the renewed Juliusza Słowackiego Street at the intersection with Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego. From here, the sea is around a 3-minute walk away and it takes around 15 minutes to get to the city center. A short distance from the villa there are cafes, restaurants, shops and those on the promenade lying discos. There are bike paths, tennis courts, a post office and a church nearby.
