The flat of 45 m2, which can accommodate up to 5 people, is located on the third floor and consists of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower and a balcony with garden furniture allowing you to relax outdoors. There are comfortable places to sleep - a large double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room and a single fold-out armchair. A fully equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare your favourite meals, and with an available coffee machine, guests can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee. The flat rental price includes the cost of a cot and highchair. The interior has been decorated with a modern style that gives the flat a unique atmosphere. The intimate and cosy décor goes hand in hand with the comprehensive amenities, creating a friendly and homely feel. Amenities such as free wireless internet, TV are available in the flat.

Quiet surroundings, proximity of the sea and sandy beach (only 100m!), as well as a playground on site make the offer a great choice for families. The location of the flat provides peace and relaxation in the vicinity of nature - the flat is only 900m from the nature reserve "Klif in Łukęcin". It is therefore a great offer for those seeking peace and quiet and a moment of relaxation in the fresh air. There is also a Dino supermarket (750m) close to the flat. The nearest bus stop can be reached within a 5min walk. The Flying Dutchman restaurant (500m) is located in the area. While in the area, it is also worth visiting Pobierowo (4 km away) or Dziwnówek (5 km away).
