For people who value peace and at the same time a seaside atmosphere. Away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. The facility was built in 2023. It consists of 3 one-story, brick summer houses with an area of ​​30m2. Each cottage has: - a living room with a corner with a sleeping function, a kitchenette (fridge, induction cooker, table, 4 chairs) - bedroom 2 single beds (which can be combined 2 * 90x200cm) - bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) Foreign (not polish citizens) need to send full names of people staying in. We need that information for army. Access to beach in Modlinek require crossing part of army area. We need to have names of client at least 14 days before access to beach is required. If you book your stay less than 14 days before your arrival you will need to go to beach in Ustka. Beach in Modlinek is open from 1 May to 30 September. If you book your stay out of these dates you will have to use beach in Ustka. From time to time army can close beach between 1 May - 30 September for couple of days.

The facility is located in Modlinek. It borders the Modła Lake nature reserve, located within the Natura 2000 area. Green, undeveloped, rural areas. The cottages are located 1 km from the beach and 1 km from Lake Modła. The distance from Ustka is 5 km.
