Property info

4-Suites Batalha Residence is a luxury triplex apartment with a maximum capacity for 8 people very comfortably, with four bedrooms with private bathrooms with shower (two double bedroom and two bedrooms with two single beds each). The apartment has a dining room with equipped kitchenette and attached WC to support this area of ​​the house. We can provide a bed, bath and baby chair if requested. Air conditioning system in all rooms that also provide heating of the apartment in winter. The accommodation has a huge terrace with a lounge area overlooking the city and is located on the second floor, which can be accessed by elevator or stairs. The entrance door is in a private alley at the back of the building, in which we have the right of way with a connection to Rua Santa Catarina. Important informations: - Check in from 16h00. We inform that we charge an extra fee of 15 euros for late check-ins from 20h00 or 25 euros for late check-ins after 24h00. The amount should be paid to the Check-in agent. If you need to leave luggage before check in time please let us know, so we can check if it's possible. - Check out until 11h00 - if you need extra time to leave your lugage while you visit the city let us know so we can check if this is possible. - The identification of all guests (of all ages) are requested until the day of check-in (the provision of this data is mandatory). - Cancellation policies must be complied with in full, without exception. All cancellations after the allowed period will not be entitled to a refund. - Guests cannot leave the property leaving the key inside the lock, otherwise they will be responsible for paying the specialized service to open the lock. - The host will have the right to access the property, notifying guests whenever necessary. - Extra beds and/or sofa beds are prepared by default, only for stays above the standard capacity. Extra beds and/or sofa beds can be prepared upon request and confirmation.

Neighborhood info

The Batalha area is located right in the historic center of Porto, where you can visit some of the most important tourist spots in the city such as Café Majestic, Capelinha das Almas or São Bento Station. This area is essentially commercial, with Rua de Santa Catarina standing out as the most commercial street in the city and the squares of Batalha and Poveiros with lots of typical local gastronomy. The cosmopolitan place full of history and places of interest ideal for a unique stay.
