Willa pod Cyprysami jest małą prywatną posesją, w której aktualnie nie mieszkają właściciele. Opiekujemy się jednak naszymi gośćmi. Codziennie jesteśmy do Państwa dyspozycji i staramy się służyć pomocą. Zależy nam, aby wczasowicze Willi czuli się u nas dobrze. Mamy nadzieję, że tak jest skoro około połowa naszych gości odwiedza nas wielokrotnie od lat. Bardzo nas to cieszy i motywuje do tworzenia jak najlepszej atmosfery i warunków wypoczynku.

Jest nam niezmiernie miło zaprosić Państwa do pięknej, kameralnej, modernistycznej „Willi pod Cyprysami”. Dzięki talentowi projektanta Willi udało się stworzyć obiekt, który poza oryginalną modernistyczną architekturą, zapewnia gościom spokój i intymność. Apartamenty na parterze posiadają duże południowe tarasy z własnymi fragmentami ogrodu, a pozostałe apartamenty południowe balkony z widokiem na piękny ogród, który jest dodatkowym walorem Willi. Dla gości mieszkających w pokojach stworzyliśmy na dachu dodatkowy ogród z krzewami, drzewem, roślinami skalnymi i kwiatami. Willa jest kameralna, maksymalnie mieszka u nas 27 wczasowiczów. Staramy się, aby nasi goście czuli się tu dobrze. Apartamenty i pokoje zapewniają odpowiedni komfort wypoczynku. Możemy zaproponować wypoczynek w apartamentach: - dwupokojowych dla 3 i 4 osób ( większość z aneksami kuchennymi), - studio z aneksem kuchennym dla 2 osób, pokoje dla 2 i 3 osób ( odpowiednio 22 i 25m2), dodatkowo dostęp do: dużej wspólnej kuchni z jadalnią - dla gości zakwaterowanych w pokojach; kącik biblioteczny; Dla gości zmotoryzowanych mamy zamykany parking, za który nie pobieramy dodatkowych opłat.

Dużym atutem Willi pod Cyprysami jest jej lokalizacja na skraju nadmorskiego lasu, przez który malowniczą aleją (w nocy oświetloną ) dojdziemy na plażę. Od morza dzieli nas jedynie 600m. Tuż obok Willi przebiega droga rowerowa wiodąca do Słowińskiego Parku Narodowego. Jest to idealne miejsce dla rowerzystów, mamy kilka rowerów do wynajęcia, najlepiej jest jednak zabrać do nas swoje rowery ( przygotowaliśmy stojaki na rowery w zamykanym pomieszczeniu). Ustecka promenada zaczyna się właściwie tuż przy zejściu na plażę, a do centrum Ustki dojście promenadą lub brzegiem morza zajmuje ok. 20 minut. W odległości 500 m znajdują się sklepy spożywcze, sklep z warzywami, apteka, poczta, kościół.
