The accommodation has 49m2 and is located in the penthouse floor, which has the advantage that no one is above you anymore. The sunny west balcony with beautiful views of the pool/forest/direction of the sea is accessible from the living room and bedroom. In the bedroom there is a large bed (180x200cm), which is larger than in most other apartments, and a built-in wardrobe. Our living & dining room is equipped with a comfortable large sofa bed (180x220cm) for up to 2 people and a sleeping chair (180x60cm) for a slightly smaller person. The dining area consists of a large functional table for up to five people right next to the kitchenette with stove (2 plates), fully automatic coffee machine, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and enough dishes. Furthermore, we have a separate storage room, so there is enough storage space for the luggage. The shower room has a toilet and a washing machine with dryer function. You have the possibility to park free of charge in public limited parking spaces (no parking guarantee) or in your own lockable garage in the underground car park (for a fee). This is recommended for the winter and summer season
We are Edith and Thorsten and come from Hamburg. Edith was born in Poland and Thorsten's father was born in Szczecin. We both like the Baltic Sea with the wide view and the super fine sandy beach at any time of the year. We are pleased that you would like to spend your holidays in our apartment Kolberg Polanki Park D406. We have furnished this apartment the way we want to go on holiday ourselves and do so several times a year in the beautiful Kolberg. It is part of the fact that we want to drink a cappuccino or dry the towels after the sauna visit. Of course, we will make this possible for you. In addition, we try to make your access and stay as pleasant as possible through some technical innovations. For example, we provide you with an access code that can be used by anyone instead of a single key. In addition, rest is very important to us, so we decided on the apartment upstairs. We use all leisure activities ourselves. In our restaurant recommendations we are regular guests ourselves.
On the Baltic Sea beach you can of course swim and sunbathe in summer. But even in colder weather, it is beautiful to walk on the beach, whether with your feet in the water or thickly wrapped with a cap and scarf. Above the beaches, the individual villages are connected by a bicycle / hiking trail, so that you can enjoy your sports. Whether Nordic walking, inline skating, hiking or cycling, swimming - everything is possible. The center is only 2.4 km away, so it is rather quiet at our complex, but many events are within walking distance or by bike very easily. In the summer season there are many music events on the surrounding beach sections (rather in the centre), in April a decisive battle from the Second World War is re-spun, from the harbour you can make small boat trips or fishing trips as well as a full-day trip to Bornholm. There is also a historic lighthouse in the harbour, including a mineral museum. A city tour in a vintage car in many languages, a high ropes course, an aquarium, a waxwork cabinet and many parks are also worth a visit.
