ATTENTION! Parking is only available for "Apartment with Terrace"! The flats are designed for up to 4 people - perfect for a family holiday! Thanks to their location on the 13th and 14th floors, they offer a magnificent view of Gdansk and the bay. The flats are designed in a modern style with attention to functionality. The living space consists of a living room and a separate bedroom. The flats also feature a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. The comfort of your stay is ensured by modern amenities such as free WiFi, a flat-screen TV and a microwave. The highlight of one of the flats (Apartment with Terrace) is the 30-metre terrace with garden furniture with amazing panoramic views of the city and the sea. Guests of the Apartment with Terrace can also use a private parking space in the garage hall, which is especially useful during the tourist season.

The flats are located on the "Trzy Żagle" estate in the Gdańsk Przymorze district. It is a great location for those looking for a quieter area, less than 2 km from the beach and 800 m from the largest park in the Tri-City (Reagan Park). The park has many bike and jogging paths, as well as places for barbecues and bonfires. It is an ideal location for families with children thanks to its numerous playgrounds. The surrounding area is bustling with café and restaurant life, giving visitors the opportunity to experience the local culinary scene. Numerous retail and service outlets cater for all daily needs - the nearest supermarket is just 650m from the building, and there is a grocery shop in the same building. The location is also an excellent base for exploring the Tricity, with a well-developed public transport network providing easy access to the centre of Gdańsk and Sopot. The Old Town can be reached by public transport in 45 minutes and Sopot in just 35 minutes.
