Apartment L.D. The spa is located on the first floor, on the west side in a two-story building from 1890. A bedroom part with a comfortable King Size bed (160 * 200), two bedside tables, a dressing table with a window was separated from the entire surface. This type of solution ensures intimacy and comfort. The apartment has a balcony where you can find solace after sunbathing, because the sun does not appear on it until around 7pm. The balcony is situated on the sea side. The main part has a kitchenette equipped with an induction hob, microwave with the option of steam cooking, fridge and full equipment (pots, pans, tableware, etc.). A wardrobe and a safe with a digital code are available. The main part has a 42-inch tv, a comfortable bed / sofa. In the bathroom you will find towels for everyday use. An indoor swimming pool is at guests' disposal for free. In addition, there is a laundry and drying room in the basement. The apartment is comfortable for 3 people, however, we can accept one more child (however it affects the comfort). The bed in the room with the annex decomposes creating a sleeping surface 160 * 200.
For many years I have been dealing in a broadly understood reworking. I started with clothes being a teenager, in turn small objects fell into my hands, then bigger and bigger, until I came to the furniture. When this happened to me, I began to give objects a new form, a new meaning. I saved, reworked and sold. When my courage and self-confidence increased, I started to get bigger and bigger things. First a studio in a "nightmare" condition, then a two-room flat. Subsequently, I advised clients on how to equip their apartments for rent or sale. Until I matured to the decision to buy an apartment, renovate it and share it with people. I was looking for something extraordinary. And I found! Villa with only 12 apartments, private pool, sauna, balcony with sea view and private parking space. And this beautiful solid from 1890 in a new version. The size and the whole envelope are not important here. 50 meters from the beach. Beach Bar at the very descent. Just 4 minutes to the main promenade in Rewal, private swimming pool, sauna and wonderful owners who provide good advice. Considering all these advantages, I did not even consider the newly built huge apartment buildings.
The descent to the beach is 50 meters from the property. Main promenade 4 minutes walk. Numerous bars, pubs and restaurants. The object for the exclusive use of guests of the apartments is: - an indoor heated pool - sauna - parking closed at night - restaurant serving breakfast (please ask for details in the property) - laundry and drying room -winter Garden - massages and body treatments (please ask for details in the facility)
