Comfortable apartments with a balcony can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartments are distinguished by their cozy and aesthetic design and functionality. Pleasant interior colors as well as functional space provide the apartments with a homely and cozy atmosphere. Parents traveling with small children will also be equipped with a cot and a baby's high chair. The apartments have an Energy Performance Certificate.

The apartments are located in a housing estate in the recreational district of Świnoujście at Chełmońskiego Street. In the vicinity of the estate there is a safe and large playground (450 meters from the apartment). The location of the apartments provides close access to a wide range of attractions all year round. The location in the modern city center, full of the best restaurants, cafes, numerous shops and a shopping center, provides access to various attractions and beautiful places on the map of Świnoujście. The apartments are located about 2 km from the city beach and Świnoujście Promenade. Świnoujście Centrum railway station is 350 meters from the apartment, and within less than 20 minutes walk there is the Uznam Shopping Center and the Municipal Market. The abundance of greenery and relaxing recreational areas (Chopin Park, 1.3 km from the apartment building) and the proximity of the city center allow guests to fully enjoy the charms of Świnoujście.
