A tastefully furnished apartment with an area of ​​60 meters, located on the third floor, can accommodate 6 people. The space of the apartment includes a spacious living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is distinguished by modern design, aesthetics and functionality. The living area with two fold-out sofas and a TV is a perfect place to rest and relax, additionally a fully equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare meals. The bedroom space is filled with a comfortable bed and a spacious wardrobe. The apartment has a sunny balcony, a perfect place for a morning coffee or relaxation after a day of sightseeing in Świnoujście. Parents traveling with small children will also be equipped with a cot and a baby's high chair. The property has a parking space in the garage hall (no entry for vehicles with LPG) - reservation required 30 PLN per day. NOTE: Limited height of garage entrance: 1,9 m.

The apartment is located in the seaside district of the city between the seaside promenade and the Zdrojowy Park at Elizy Orzeszkowa Street in the 'Pegaz' investment. The Pegaz apartment building is located in the newly created seaside district, just 100 meters from the new promenade and the beach entrance. The location of the apartment provides close access to a wide range of attractions all year round. Location in close proximity to the modern city center full of the best restaurants, cafes, numerous shops and a shopping center. The abundance of greenery and relaxing recreational areas (Park Zdrojowy 3 minutes from the apartment) and the proximity of the city center allow guests to fully enjoy the charms of Świnoujście. An attractive location providing access to various attractions and beautiful places on the map of Świnoujście as well as retail and service outlets that will fully satisfy everyday needs - the nearest grocery store is 2 minutes from the apartment.
