Depending on the choice, these fully equipped apartments can accommodate 2, 3 or 4 people. Each of them has been finished in a cozy and interesting style. Fully equipped kitchenettes and private bathrooms will make guests feel at home here. Also, access to high-speed wireless Internet and a flat-screen TV will make your stay in the apartments more pleasant. There is also a balcony in each of the apartments. Some apartments have parking spaces in the garage (extra charge). You can also park for free on the whole estate or on the paid onstreet parking. The property has ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE

The apartments are located in the center of Świnoujście on one housing estate, at Chełmońskiego, Malczewskiego and Wojska Polskiego streets. The apartment buildings are equipped with an elevator. The apartments are located 1200m from the promenade with a beautiful sandy beach - an ideal place for a holiday vacation or a walk by the sea. The area is surrounded by green areas - in just a few steps you can walk to the Chopin Park or the larger Zdrojowy Park. This location can meet all your daily needs thanks to the many interesting restaurants and shopping outlets. The nearest supermarket is only 200m away. If you travel by train, these apartments will be a great choice, as it takes about 5 minutes to get to the Świnoujście Centrum Railway Station.
