Situated in the spa part of Kolobrzeg with a treatment base, Salt Island and close to the city center. In the neighborhood there is also the Theater Park, where you can take a pleasant walk (500 m). The location of the apartment building is a great asset, as the property is only 650 meters from the beautiful sandy beach and pier, and 800 meters from the Kolobrzeg Lighthouse. Popular attractions to visit while in Kolobrzeg are the Museum of Wax Figures (500 m) and the Oceanarium - Kolobrzeg (600 m). Lovers of Baltic history will also find many places of interest in the area, within a dozen minutes' drive: Solna Marina - a sailing marina, Kolobrzeg's Maritime Heritage Park (a Cold War-era patrol submarine with an exhibition in the engine room and the possibility of visiting the deck) or the Museum of Piracy.
