Villa is a cozy place with a high standard, created with attention to the smallest details. We guarantee a comfortable stay in a beautiful environment. The facility is located on a guarded, closed for the night housing estate with a playground and a volleyball and basketball court. It is located just 250m from the beach. The house was newly renovated in early June 2019. We offer 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (large on the first floor and a smaller one on the ground floor), a spacious living room connected to the kitchen, and a garden with a sunny terrace. In addition, the house has a garage, which allows you to safely store bicycles, prams and beach equipment. The private parking space is a big advantage. The object is fully equipped, it has: - 2 fridges with freezers - kettle - Coffee machine - a dishwasher - a 4-ring electric cooker - oven - microwave - washing machine - TV - satellite TV - unlimited high-speed WIFI Internet in every room - hairdryer - ironing board and iron - sunshade - deck chairs - garden table with chairs.
This place was for a long time served directly by the host and was created for comfortable rest of the whole family at any time of the year. For this reason, you can count on a high standard and the best sanitary conditions. If necessary, direct telephone contact or guardian's visit on the spot is possible.
The house is located in a guarded housing estate with monitoring, which guarantees you a safe and peaceful stay in a quiet environment. The playground, basketball and volleyball court remain free to residents. At the same time, the estate itself is located in an ideal location: - 250m from the beach (entrance opposite the housing estate), - at the beginning of the main street Grzybowa - 150m from catering facilities, grocery stores, souvenir stalls and others, - on the route of numerous bicycle paths leading to Dźwirzyno, Mrzeżyno, and Kołobrzeg. Kołobrzeg and Dźwirzyno are about 20 minutes away by bicycle, - less than 30m from the bus stop of the Grzybowo-Kołobrzeg line. The house itself is located about 10 meters from the entrance to the estate. Grzybowo is a quiet and yet more and more attractive tourist destination with numerous grocery stores, gastronomic establishments, facilities with swimming pools and spa as well as attractions for the youngest. It has one of the widest sandy beaches on the coast. A great advantage is a very close distance from Kołobrzeg and Dźwirzyno, about 4 km to the Center of both cities. The village is an ideal base for cycling enthusiasts.
