De locatie is fantastisch en het uitzicht adembenemend. Huis is echt Mallorcaans en heeft ruime kamers met prima bedden. Heerlijk zwembad in een prachtige tuin.

Property info

Beautiful 250m2 villa with traditional architecture, private pool, fantastic outdoors and capacity for 8 people. Located in the countryside, perfect for tranquillity, this house is divided in 2 floors, with 4 spacious bedrooms, all of them with views to the garden and the countryside. The main room with a double bed is downstairs, as well as a bathroom. Upstairs there is another bathroom and three bedrooms with twin beds. There are three fans available. The cosy kitchen is well-equipped with a gas stove, electric oven and dishwasher. In the laundry room there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The dining room is furnished with a big table for the whole family. The living room is very well decorated and it will make you feel at home, watching satellite TV, read a book or surf the Internet. The exterior are absolutely fantastic: enjoy the views to the countryside, chill out with a glass of wine under the furnished porch, have breakfast in the sunny terrace, organize a BBQ, sunbathe or swim in the 10 x 5.5 m pool.

The House is located in a rural area but very well connected, so you can easily access to the main town of Manacor, where you will find commercial activity, leisure and services. Nearby there are many beaches and coves that are worth visiting, all of them are within 20 km.
