Year-round holiday homes Lis and Mewa ( Fox and Seagull) are located in Wicie by the sea, at a distance of 700m from the beach and 600m from the town center. On the premises, you will find private parking, a spacious garden, a playground, and 8 holiday homes with air conditioning. The homes are equipped with permanent appliances and installations that provide air filtration and disinfection. Inside each home, you will find a living room with an Android TV, as well as a U-shaped kitchen with built-in appliances (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, hood). The kitchen also includes a microwave, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, and all the necessary cooking equipment. The bathroom is equipped with a Grohe concealed toilet, a curbless shower, and a thermostatic faucet. In the bathroom, there is a large mirror, a wide sink, and a conveniently installed hotel-style hairdryer and towel warmer. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. In the main bedroom, we have provided a dressing table with a mirror and a large chest of drawers.
