The host was helpful and answered very quickly. Really cozy and clean basement flat. Perfect size for our family of 3. Equipped with clean towels, sheets and hand hygiene kit. Programmable heating. The shower was amazing. Quick and easy check in and check out. Quiet area. No more than 7-8 minutes walk to Kilburn station, which unfortunately was the dirtiest of all the tube stations we saw in London. Great value for money in London.
