SeaCrest 1 is a versatile three bedroom apartment that provides high quality, contemporary accommodation with parking for one car. The open plan living area, conservatory and outside patio area offer guests perfect spaces to relax and unwind in comfort after a busy day sight seeing. The lounge looks out across Porthmeor beach, with Smart TV, BT YouView and DVD player. A modern gas fire in the lounge is perfect for those lazy, winter afternoons or evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. A separate laundry area includes washing machine and tumble dryer. Located over two floor there are two double bedrooms, The Captain's Cabin (on the ground floo)r and The Brig. The First Mate's Cabin also located on the first floor, with shower ensuite, is a twin that can be converted into a double. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV. On the ground floor there is a fabulous family bathroom with bath and separate shower. The furnished patio area is perfect for summer evenings, with an added benefit of an outside shower.

St Ives is a world-renowned holiday destination with numerous attractions that never fails to delight visitors. You can explore the small, cobbled streets enjoying the multitude of individual shops. The quaint Downalong area bordering the harbour and bedecked in flowers throughout the summer allows visitors to step back in time and reflect on St Ives’ fishing heritage. St Ives is ringed by magnificent award winning beaches offering visitors safe bathing and various activities including surfing, diving, boat trips and fishing. There are many superb restaurants specialising in fresh seafood. The town is famous as an art centre. Many artists have been drawn to the area and the town hosts the prestigious Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth museum.
