Eine sehr gemütliche, saubere und in allen Belangen hervorragende kleine Wohnung. Der sehr liebevoll gestaltete Garten wurde von uns täglich zum Sonnenbaden und Genießen des Ausblickes genutzt. Die Früchte, selbstverständlich vollkommen pestizidfrei, durften wir nach eigenem Ermessen pflücken und genießen. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und bei auftretenden Problemen sofort zur Stelle. Die Lage ist sehr geeignet, wenn man etwas die Toskana erkunden möchte. Zum Meer ist es nicht sehr weit und auch Florenz ist quasi "um die Ecke". Pisa, Livorno, Siena...alles relativ nah und gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir hatten dort sehr schöne Tage.

The apartment is located on a hill in the Florentine Chianti. Perfect for two people, you will find a room with double bed, bathroom, dining room with kitchen, roomy garden with trees you can pick fruit from, barbecue, outdoor table, deckchairs. Due to the high cost of energy, the central heating plant cannot be used. In the cold months, or whenever the guests need, they can light the wooden stove anf the fireplace. The owners will provide the wood and will show the guests how to light them. Your fully relaxed stay will be completed by our large and well kept oraganic garden, where you will find plenty of refined flowers and pesticide-free tree fruits. You will be able to pick fruit directly from the trees. At your disposal an outdoor table and chairs suitable for having your meals, deckchairs for sunbathing, barbecue. Outdoor shower available. In the garden there is a footpath the owners use to get into their house.
since early childhood I'v cultivated a passion for every kind of art, trying to transfer it in my job of construction artisan and taking good care of the finishing touches of my house, keeping the traditional Tuscan style. In this activity I use the help of my son Andrea, who deals with all the telematic part, and of my wife Tanina, who took care personally of the indoor design and the realization of the garden.
The owners live at the first floor of the same building in which is located the apartment. The owners can be contacted by phone or by message. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the art triangle composed of Firenze, Siena, Pisa, in which are located San Gimignano, Volterra and the renowned zone of Gallo Nero. Free parking next to the entrance. If you are interested in visiting some of the major museums of Florence you could think about buying your tickets online. If you do so you can enter the museum without having to wait in queue. Otherwise, the queue might easily take up an hour or more. Buying tickets online costs a little more though.
